●We know our segment,we identified the sub $20m transaction bracket to deploy capital, where there are minimal competitors with our depth of experience and sophistication.
●Agility,we provide borrowers with a certainty of capital and move quickly to take quality transactions off the market. We invest across the capital structure in an attempt to maximise investor returns.
●Hybrid model,our finance broking licence allows us to blend our capital with trusted bank and non-bank partners and gives our investors exclusive access to quality transactions that never get to the open market.
●Relationships matter, our longstanding industry relationships give us unique internal access and integration with several major banks and financial institutions.
●We find transactions that others can’t,
we are an approved funding partner with these organisations delivering Mosaic a pipeline of quality transactions, allowing us to offer a high yield with a moderate risk profile.
●Our fund has returned investors over 1% net every month in 2023, and we are on track to close the calendar year at ~13.60% net. We are delivering this return with a portfolio LVR under 70% and minimal construction or development risk.
